The client felt that the interviews were more effective in that they had already "met" the individual, and the interview from the first minute was moe effective. The candidates all felt they could focus more on their accomplishments, and not if they "looked better, had an accent, were bald, large, small, or whatever", but really discuss their abilities. All the diversity candidates actually felt it countered potential discrimination by having the video resume first. -
